Aggressive tendencies and behaviour :

 If your pet has bitten or has aggressive tendencies, you must inform us please!

Majestic Pooch reserves to the rights to stop grooming if your pet represents and show any danger for the staff or other dogs in the salon.

Securing an appointment:

We require a £35.00 deposit charge to reserve the grooming appointment. 

Should the appointment need to be canceled or rescheduled, you must do so 48Hrs in advanced in order to receive a refund on the deposit, with less than 48Hrs notice,the deposit is nonrefundable.

To insure a timely and successful service, please come to your appointment on time; we provide a 15 minutes grace period for late arrivals more than that unfortunately we can not serve you.

Payment:

Payment method is possible through both  cash and all major cards.

based on The Animal Welfare Act 2007 (No pet will be subject to stress or discomfort) extra fees will be applied to matted dogs because we required longer time for safety of skin.

This will be discussed with customer before appointment commences.
